Meditation and rest,
in our lives as for our wines

This journey pairs our most aged wines with our senses. These wines undergo a period of rest in barrel (such as Taurasi) or in bottle (such as Fiano and Greco); also, you will taste those wines that – in addition to barrel aging – are characterized by a peculiar winemaking process (such as “Cretazzone”, whose grapes are partially dried).

A guided tour of our Cantina, which starts from the winemaking area and ends in the barrel room, is the ideal opportunity to learn about the phases that characterize the production process of our special wines. Following the tasting of 4 Vintage and Riserva labeled glasses paired with local gastronomic products.

For groups of 6 people and above, a deposit of 30% of the total tasting amount is required, payable via bank transfer or through the PayPal payment system. In the event of any impediment to attend on the specified day and time (with a minimum 24-hour notice), the paid amount will be converted into a voucher for a tasting on another date. In case of no prior notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
*Flexibility is exercised on the time limits for notice in cases of sudden and severe events.
