Description

  • Grapes: Aglianico 100% – 12.5/13% vol.
  • Growing zone of grapes: Grottolella
  • Vineyard altitude: 450/500 m sea level
  • Vineyard cultivation system: Cordone speronato (Spurred cordon)
  • Racking: Wine aged over 2 years, including 12 months in French oak casks, racking in bottle for no less than 6 months.
  • Organoleptic characteristics: With a deep ruby red colour, it is full-bodies with scents of wild berries. We recommended that it is drunk at a temperature of about 18/20° C.
  • Serving Suggestions: It goes very well with first courses with gravy, red meat, game and mature cheeses.
