Framing the winery, in the “Contrada San Bartolomeo – Taverna del Monaco” area, there is a small Fiano vine that we allocate entirely to the production “Fiano di Avellino docg”. Although not as large as the others, this vineyard reaches a significant altitude, exceeding over 500 m above sea level in the highest parts. Here the south-west exposure and the mild microclimate combine to best guarantee the ripening of the grapes.
